Mackenna, Cruzat y Compañía was founded in 1984, with the aim of supporting our clients in the development of their business in Chile and the rest of the world, in legal, corporate and contractual matters. We engage in all stages of the process, with absolute compliance with the Code of Ethics of the Chilean Bar Association.

MISSION
